Ok, so I've been battling back acne for quite a few years now. I've tried many of the remedies suggested on this site with little success. Many of the things I've tried work well for the first little while then gradually stop working effectively. So far I've tried: head and shoulders, gold bond, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, salicylic acid, BP (2.5, 5, and 10%), aha, tea tree oil, moisturizers, cleansers, zinc supplements, niacin supplements, fish oil, multi vitamins, and antibiotics. I would classify my condition as moderate at this point. I don't know what to try next, I'm 23 and I still can't see myself just "growing out" of it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Accutane.

I'm pretty sure my case isn't severe enough to warrant accutane nor would I want to risk the side effects.

There are prescription topicals you can try before you do anything drastic like Roaccutane which I would not reccommend to anybody.

Go back and try some of the things that stopped working maybe they'll be more effective after having not used them for a while

I'm very curious as to how long you've tried each of them, because no doubt you'd be clear lol....

A low dose of 10mg probably wouldnt give you any side effects apart from dry lips
