I think I'm going to cheat on thanksgiving day!

It's been a year and a half that I haven't cheated! And I decided to cheat on thanksgiving day because I love it.

I've been eating healthy for two year with out cheating... I am wondering if it's OK to cheat sometime... >_>

I want to start eating junk sometime... it shouldn't hurt, right?

The Thanksgiving feast can actually be quite healthy if prepared properly.

Even the pumpkin pie can be fairly decent, especially if you make it yourself

Agreed, but I want to eat with my family and they usually cook unhealthy.....

I might make my own pumpkin pie , and make my own turkey ( turkey breast )

with sweet potatoes.

Or I might eat unhealthy that day... :/

But thanks for the advice! I am going to look for a healthy recipes for pumpkin pie.

I can eat whatever I want as long as it doesn't contain too much milk fat. So basically all I'm missing out on... wait, everything :(.

I won't cave though. I've gotten too far. 2 days muthasucka!

OP, you should update your gallery if anything happens. I'm curious.

I don't think what you eat 1 day is gonna make or brake you. Have fun.

I might break out with 1-2 small acne... :P Because I usually break out with tiny acne around mouth. But they disappear fast.

I don't think you need to make anything else really.

But, if you want stuffing, try to make it out of the Ezekiel or Mestemacher bread. Crumble it up, mix with some egg whites, a little chicken broth and some roasted vegetables (onion, garlic and bell pepper in particular), mix it all together and bake. Really simple.

Might take a while to make, but that's pretty much just waiting time. This requires hardly any prep for the most part.

Turkey breast, just put some boiled broth in the roaster, and cook at 500F for 30 min-hour (depending on the size). Then turn it over, lower the heat to 300 or 350, and cook until ready.

You could also stuff it with some fresh spices, like thyme and rosemary, and let it sit in the fridge for a day before you cook it.

For sweet potatoes, pumpkin or squash, just cook it with a little cranberry juice, allspice and cinnamon (both ground and whole).

You could even use this as a substitute for a pie.

You could also make cheesecake out of cottage cheese as well. Put a couple of cups of cottage cheese in a blender. Mix it with some chocolate protein powder, some egg whites and a little milk. Bake for an hour.

You'd be surprised at how great all this can actually taste, while being incredibly simple, easy and healthy

You mean you don't want to stay on the acne-free diet of twigs and berries while everyone is dining on mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberries, pies... ? ;)

Stuffing is amazing I am gonna tear that up without a doubt.

Sweet potatoes/yams are already a staple which I love. Turkey is a nice change of chicken which I eat religiously

Doubt I eat pie. not really interested anyway
