Body aches are common (joint pain). Sometimes it can be severe and unfortunately, sometimes the pain is permanent. More often than not though, it is not.

From personal experience, I had joint pain at the end of my course and it was pretty bad in my lower back and neck. It diminished greatly about a month after the course, but took almost an entire year to fully get over.

I was experiencing a lot of joint pain around month 4-5. I recently had to take a one week break because of pneumonia (starting back in on Sunday) and I kid you not, my aches and pains feel better. I am not as stiff or sore.

I wish the red marks had faded some, but I am happy to have made progress. It is really sad to hear on these forums that there are people not experiencing success on accutane. :(
