So I recently ordered AHA+ online and since I am always at school when they deliver I just left a note that directed them to leave it at the office.

Well guess what?

The office says they never recieved anything even though the note left at the door by Fedex clearly indicated a signature and having left it at the complex office.

So now what? :(

What can I do?

I feel like I've just been jipped

$25 bucks and I have no way of getting it back.

Last time I trust the office.......

GOLLLLLY! :wall::xxx::crazy:

You'll need to contact FedEx and find out who signed for the package.

I have the last name of the person who signed but even then that might mean

that someone has already accepted my package and has it at their own disposal.

so where does that get me?

Was this an office complex? What type of office was it delivered to? Whomever signed for it must work there, and you should confront them about the package they signed for. Have the evidence there with you when you do it (the FedEx slip). Whoever signed for it should either give it to you, or pay you for it. imo.

yea it's an apartment complex.

and the guy at the desk is friends with my mom.

being that I already confronted him and presented him the slip

what other choice do I have?

I honeslty think he would refuse to pay me......

If he is friends with your mom, ask her to intervene with him for you. Maybe she can find out what he did with your package, or convince him he ought to pay you for losing it. Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you. You may need to order another tube of it.
