Does brushing your teeth remove the BP around the lip/china area?

I have been trying to stick to the 12-hour apart recommendation during the weekdays. I start the regimen at 7:15 a.m. and will start it again at 7:15 p.m.

However, before I go to sleep (10 p.m.) I obviously brush and floss my teeth. I want to know if this will remove the BP from my lip/chin area (the frothy white paste and water used to rinse gets around my lips/chin area when I brush)

I have never broken out before on my lip/chin area but I apply BP there anyway as a preventative measure. I don't want to start breaking out in that area now because the BP gets washed off before I go to sleep at night.

Any advice/tips....THANKS!!
