MAXIROGERLEDES

My Experience and Problem

hello,everyone

im Max and i feel very delighted to see all you here.

i know we are on the same boat and

im very pleased to share my experience and discuss scar treatments here.

first, i ll tell you some factors casuing acne from my own experience,

the following reasons are all tested by me:

1ã€ã€over eating】

ur digestive system ll be overloaded and some toxin and rubbish ll

come out from ur face

2ã€ã€sugar】

i mean manmade sugar in food and drinks, not natural sugar in fruit

since manmade sugar is very hard to be digested and it ll make ur skin more oil

3ã€ã€masturbation】

the following weeks ur male hormone ll be over produced and it ll cause more sebum

4ã€ã€stay up late】

it ll weaken ur immune system and cause ur skin lack of water

5ã€ã€over cleaning】

ur skin surface film ll be destroyed

and now my skin is nearly clear but the new problems comes:

PORES AND SCARS

my situation is:

my chin and cheek are very very clear but

many ã€huge pores】 and several ã€rolling scars】 on my forehead,thats awfull and terrible ,

i just cant bear it. i do a lot of research but opinions are different

in my area, there are 3 treatments offered by 3 doctors:

1ã€dermarolling

2ã€Er-yag laser

3ã€Microdermabrasion

which one is more efficient and suitable for me?

i want to ask ur opinions , i ll be very pleased to discuss with you here :D

Microdemabrasion is pretty useless cos its too mild. Unless your scars are super shallow I wont suggest it.

Derma-rolling seems to have alot of gd reviews, but I have yet to see impressive results. Laser may be the best option for rolling scars tho

thanks for your suggestion! :D

well, but i scare the side effect of laser,it may cause hyperpigmentation.

and also the downtime of laser is rather long:about 5-7 days....

rolling seems mild and less down time (about 2-3days),but i wonder if it has enough "engergy"

have you ever done some laser treatments?
