Working out and the Regimen

So normally I going running in the morning and I do the Regimen right after my run, but now I'm thinking about running in the evening. Should I do the Regimen right after I go running tonight, even though I wouldn't be going to bed for a couple of hours? Or should I just shower after my run, not wash my face, and then wait until I'm going to bed to do the Regimen? Also, should I use water to get the BP off my face before I go running so it's not running all over my face?

Well since no one wants to help me I'll just answer my own question haha. Working out in the morning is the way to go so over washing can be avoided (I discovered this last night). Plus, working out in the morning give's me lots of energy throughout the day and it has boosted my metabolism as well!!
