I want to start taking zinc and vitamin C supplements but I'm very confused on how many mg's I should take. Every response I read of someone recommending a dosage amount, it's always different.

How do I know how much I should take? Thank you!:D

I'd take at least 50mg of Zinc if you want it to do anything. I would recommend either Opti-Zinc (Zinc Methionine) or Zinc Picolinate as they are the best absorbed forms. There was a study were people safely took 100mg for an extended period of time.

Vitamin C I would take at least 500mg. I'd recommend 1-2g a day. You can go up to 5-7 grams but you may experience some stomach discomfort.
