c'est la vigne 14 Share Posted July 27, 2009 It's kind of hard to tell from that picture.Is your skin bumpy, or just discolored? If it's bumpy, it could still be active acne or scars. If your skin feels smooth, it could be hyperpigmentation (click the 'hyperpigmentation' tan on this page to learn about hyperpigmentation).
