wierd spots on my face

hello, please have a look at the following attachment. i've had this for a little over a month now. i have no idea what it is but its making my skin color look uneven (white-ish spots) and my skin is dry and flaking a bit where the spots are.

what is it? how do i get rid of it?

Could it be exzema? Google it...

I know what exzema can look like so it could be.

i already have eczema unfortunately but it is on my cheeks (under eye, toward nose). i don't think these spots are from eczema.

perhaps sunspots?

I think it is something called millia or milia

Dont be afraid it is not very random

infact alot of people get it :D

my mate has it , he said it doesnt bother him , and he said he will grow out of it apparently ?

Go docs and see if they can sort it

look up milia on google and compare

Oh yeah btw - slang name is milk spots - may be related rah rah ?
