should the vitamin be taken in the morning or at night?

i am taking vitamin a, c, e, b-complex, zinc

the instruction says i should take vit b in the morning, and i also take one at night.

what is the best time for the absorption of those vitamin? with diet or before sleeping?

Water soluble vitamins like C and Bs should be taken throughout the day. Take them with food. Fat soluble vitamins especially because they need some fat to be absorbed.

Personally, I think that all vitamins and minerals should be taken with food to increase effectiveness. I think that's primary.

I don't think that there is any difference between AM and PM effectiveness. If there is, I can't imagine it being significant.
