Mr.X Acne Journey Secrets

This friday i am gonna start the 3 day apple cleansing and on monday i will start the Mr.X Acne diet along with the Acne.org regimen. For those that want to know some stuff about the X Acne here it goes.

3 supplements---------

Spirulina-10g-18g on an empty stomach(Its a food so its safe look it up)

DIMPRO-Take between 200-400mg per day

Chlorella-Build up to 10 grams a day of chlorella beacause it can loosen bowels(Its a food so its safe look it up)

Avoid Foods-------------

Vegetable Oil-Corn oil,Cottonseed oil,Hazelnut oil,Linseed oil/flaxseed oil,Olive oil,Palm oilPeanut oil,Rapeseed oil/Canola,Ricebran oil,Safflower oil,Sesame oil,Soybean oil,Sunflower seed oil/Sunflower oil-------Replace with Ghee (can heat),Extra virgin coconut oil.

Sugar- 0 sugar,Fruit keep to a minimum, eat raw vegetables instead

Saturated Fats- Replace with almond milk, salmon, mackerel and sardines, and even with occasional lean organic chicken and turkey. Skimmed Milk organic.

Finally, visualize your face is clear for just 1 minute. Get a clear image in your mind of your face completely clear. The power of your mind is incredible, and doing this consistently tricks the body into thinking it already has clear skin when it does not.
