Razors and Shaving...

Currently I've been using disposable razors, and had a hunch. If there is dead skin is on the razor, isn't that bad for being a good bacterial spot? Not being germophobic, just cautious. :)

I thought maybe I should soak my razors in something (like a natural anti-microbal oil, or something close like that).

Another question I have is shaving. I'm growing tired of using disposables, and thought "what are other ways guys (or girls) with sensitive and acne-prone skin shave without having to shave everyday? I used an electric shaver once, and got a bad razor burn (but i didn't use a pre-shave). R there any good disposables that work? Any suggestions?
