HolaGurl 0 Share Posted July 20, 2009 Does anyone know how to prevent breakouts after tweezing and waxing your skin? I prefer waxing because it's much faster but I hate the painful bumps I get near my eyebrows and in between my eyebrows after! What should I do?
dsrfgsertwe 2 Share Posted July 21, 2009 exfoliate the area before & treat with salicylic acid lotion after
pog 0 Share Posted July 21, 2009 Get them threaded instead. I don't get the bumps from threading like I did with waxing and tweezing. Waxing was the worst for bumps, but tweezing seems to give me a few ingrown hairs.
NewDae 0 Share Posted July 22, 2009 I had the same problem :[Don't touch the area you've tweezed/waxed afterwards; I noticed it increases chances for more trouble!I use astrigent/toner afterwards, and it seems to help. After you pull out the hair follicle, dirt can go in and create havoc :[Don't touch!
