The Regimen is working!

I am a 31 year old woman and have struggled with acne since I was 14. I have tried everything to control it over the years (Oxy, Retin-A, Proactiv, salicylic acid), but have had little success. I started the Regimen 4.5 weeks ago after stumbling across this site when doing a (desperate) Google search for acne info/treatment ideas. I am thrilled that my skin is now much clearer. I don't currently have any breakouts or cysts. I still have quite a few red spots from previous breakouts, but am hoping these will fade with time.

I started out using Neutrogena products, but then ordered some of Dan's to see if I liked them better. I love his BP -- it is MUCH better than Neutrogena On-the-Spot, which was very thick and left a white residue. His cleanser is fine, but is very similar to Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash so I'll probably stick with that. I haven't found a moisturizer that I really like yet. I like that his is a gel and feels light and non-greasy, but it burns when I put it on. Cetaphil feels way too thick and I don't really like Neutrogena Oil-Free either.

But I'm really happy with the results I've obtained in just these few weeks, and like that the Regimen is inexpensive and easy to follow. I highly recommend giving it a try if you are reading this board and thinking about it.

Woo Hoo! Congratulations on your success! Have you considered keeping a log? It could be very encouraging for fellow acne sufferers.
