Does accutane work better if you are young?

Age doesn't matter when it comes to Accutane. However, it may affect your bone growth.

In my Amnesteem Medication Guide it says, "Isotretinoin may stop long bone growth in teenagers still growing".

Not to scare you or anything, but they do have to list any possible side effects. Like in trials, if one person's hair turned green, they would have to report it as a possible side effect.

I personally would feel better being around 18 taking Accutane, but I doubt any long term damage will come of you taking this pill. Good luck!

Just the truth. Youth doesn't mean it will work better. It's all up to how your body handles the treatment.
