JayQ 4 Posted July 18, 2009 Yesterday i got a pretty bad sunburn on my whole tzone area. I have pics of what my acne was like in this thread: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/horrible-acne-t241930.html. I need to know if i can put any kind of aloe on this burn or will it make my acne under it worse? Do i just continue run cold water on it in shower and thats it? Help and guidance needed please!! rhys 0 Posted August 9, 2009 From personal experience, I would not put aloe on your skin. It is not as good as it is claimed to be. For your sunburn, I would recommend a Urea based moisturiser. Urea is the most effective commercially available substance for providing relief from sunburn. But look on the bright side - at least your acne will reduce for a few days as a result of the sunburn!
