What can I eat in my diet to help with my skin issues?

What can I eat to help along with treatment of my dry itchy, peeling, scabby (with a little bit of discoloration) skin issues? Other wise my dermal issues? I've cut out sodas, and sweets. I'm trying to cut down on red meat starting today. Also do I need to cut down on dairy as well? If so then what? I know eatng fish is good for dry skin issues like eczema and stuff but what else to I need to add and take away from my diet to help cope with my skin problem?

Some olive oil, avocadoes, nuts and seeds provided you aren't allergic. Sulfur containing veggies. See the green smoothie thread. All in addition to the fish, of course.

of course getting alot of fruits and veggies helps, so yeah like the other posters say...look into green smoothies.

you could see if taking dairy and grain out of your diet helps.

whatever you do...don't starve yourself trying to eat a special/restricted diet.

if you're hungry: eat.
