I've ordered Dan's AHA and some Jojoba oil but I'm now wondering how to incorporate them into my regimen!

Am I right in thinking that AHA is a spot treatment? If so, wouldnt it be too harsh to be used as a moisturiser? After all, anything that's strong enough to blast an individual spot and make your skin more sun-sensitive would surely be too strong to be used as a general moisturiser? And yet, it seems to be recommended as a moisturiser. I'm confused :shifty:

I don't really understand now what I should be using the AHA for. I bought it as a spot treatment to deal with any bad outbreaks.

If you've been on the Regimen for more than a month, then you can use it as a moisturizer if you want to. Dan likes to use it 2-3 nights per week after the bp instead of the usual moisturizer. Otherwise, you can use the AHA to spot treat individual pimples that may come up.

Just use it how you need it. It's a very versatile product.

The jojoba oil can be used to help your skin with dryness problems, by adding a few drops of it to your moisturizer when you apply it.
