Olive Oil vs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I'm currently on the the 3rd day of the Acne free in 3 days plan. (Don't know if it's gonna work, just thought I'd give it a try).

Anyways, it says to take 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil at the end of the 3rd day. However, it doesn't say which one to take. Am I to assume it just means normal olive oil? I've read the difference between to the two, but didn't know which was better for fighting acne when ingested?

Anybody know?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best to take straight.

Can you elaborate on that? If it's just because of taste, that won't bother me.

I actually bought 100% Olive Oil from WalMart yesterday, but I'll go get evoo if it really is better. Just wanted to know why.

Overall quality, acidity and purity.

Taken from that article:

Whether an oil is considered to be extra virgin, virgin or pure olive oil is in the oil's acidity. The acidity has more influence on taste than on nutritionalthough the lower the acidity the higher the antioxidant content.

Good article, but I'm still not sure what the difference is in terms of restarting the digestive system.
