I have :)

It really helps but don't drink too much as you will pee out all nutrients.

Try and do 3 litres a day, drinking throughout the day not all at once.

Try and get a glass in before breakfast as it will clear out the stomach and aid digestion.

It didn't work for me either. I went a long time drinking maybe 5 gallons of water a day(not kidding, I might even be underestimating). It did absolutely nothing. Maybe it made my skin .0001% softer. :surprised:

Oh well, if it was only that simpler...

5 gallons holy shit... after about 3 liters a day, you start flushing out vitamins.

Has anyone had success with upping their water intake for clearer skin?

Absolutely. Water is crucial for me; if I don't get enough, more than just my skin is affected. Drinking water is also a natural, gentle, healthy way to help your body detoxify and get rid of waste products.
