I have used the treatment for 2 days, twice a day and I have got veryyyyyy red face and very very sensitive and dry. I stopped the treatment today coz I feel my face like into boil water. What should I do? I dont have alot acne but I would like to get a completly clear face without marks, however my skin is real very sensitive, could you please recommend me something? thanks

SUDOCREM!! Its your saviour!! You can get it from, like, any chemists. You probably even have it (if in recent years there have been babies in your household, that is. I have it from when I was a baby!!!) Its supposed to be for nappy rash, but it can be used for loads of other things. Don't be scared. It actually is designed to reduce inflammation!!! And it is good for sensitive skin. Unfortunatement, you can't wear it out - its just so white!! So wear it to bed. Trust me, its brilliant. Not so good for getting rid of pimples, but great for just reducing inflammation. The last thing you need is harsh chemicals in other treatments, and because its for baby skin its really soft and easy to apply and non-irratating!

What are your biggest concerns? Texture? congestion? redness? acne? Why are you using that treatment? Obviously your skin is mad, so STOP the treatments and be clear about your goals to find a better solution.

Mild redness and dry skin are typical side effects of the regimen. If your face feels like its been in boiling water however, I certainly would recommend stopping.

Honestly, if your face is already fairly clear and you have sensitive skin I wouldn't put anything on your face. My experiences have convinced me (for mild acne) that it is better to try natural solutions and time rather than putting un-natural topicals on your skin that will just irritate it.
