Diet is DEFINETELY working

but am I neglecting any nutrients?

here's my diet:

Breakfast

-Scrambled eggs (2 yolks, 6 whites) (Xtra virgin olive oil OR smart balance butter) (no salt)

-2-3 glasses of water

-1 glass of 2% reduced fat milk (no growth hormones added)

Rest of the day until dinner

-Chicken/Beef

-Water

-Salad (Lettuce, spinach, tomato, avocado, pickles, celery, carrots)

-I eat as much as I can of foods above

-Sometimes 1 granola bar (broken in portions during the day)

Dinner

-Leftovers of above

-1 glass of milk

-1 baby's handful of any organic cereal

Supplements

-Fish oil pills

I'm clearing up. The only time I get acne (a little) is when I eat the granola bar all at once, or two.

So do you think I'm neglecting a vitamin or something? besides vitamin C

Use the whole egg! Eggs are packed with vitamins, the egg whites are only protein and vitamins are more important than all that protein. Proper nutrients = natural healing!

You may want to add a new vegtable and as long as it dosent make you break out, keep eating it. A varitey of vegtables will help you cover any nutrients you might be missing since there are so many.

Also the milk, while it has no added hormones, causes inflammation for many people adding to their acne. It might pay to cut out the dairy. Broccoli has calcium to replace what you don't get in the milk.

Thanks for the advice

I haven't been updating but I've actually added more veggies, I actually eat almost any except potatoes and corn (might've left one out)

I also started to put ham or vegetables in my morning scrambled eggs. So it does have some salt.

And as for the milk. I tested it before and it doesn't break me out.

I'm still not clear, I have red spots on my face and a usually like 1-3 small cysts. But that only happens becauseI eat a food that is bad that I'm testing. I'm testing food still so that's why. I'm actually going to try tuna tomorrow.

BTW i'm 80% clearer than normal

Also, I have Dan's regimen. I don't use it because it makes my face extremely red. But when I go out with friends and eat lots of food that might be bad, I put it on (1 1/2 pumps) at night and break out only very very little.
