I've recently stopped drinking milk (Natural yogurt is now my only dairy food) but I really miss it, is soya milk likely to cause acne or is it ok?

Is there a specific reason why you're considering soy milk as an alternative milk as opposed to other alternatives like almond, rice, or hemp milk?

There are a bunch of people on this forum (myself included) that have issues with soy. It gives me really fat and nasty neck acne. Soy is also one of the top food allergens. With that said, soy may or may not bother you. You're just gonna have to try and find out if it does.

Honestly though, just typing out loud, i really don't understand why most people consider soy milk as an alternative first before considering other hypoallergenic/less-risky alternatives like rice or hemp milk. Sometimes, i think people have been brainwashed to believe that soy is actually some kind of health food.
