Times using the BP with a Workout regimen

Hi i got my supplies and i started my regimen yesterday.

But before the regimen i use to always work out in the morning

I was wondering if waking up, washing my face, then go work out, then

come home, and take a shower and then start the regimen is a good idea.

Doing all this around 8-9 AM. Any Tips?

Washing your face before working out, then in the shower, and then before bed would be too much. Just wake up and go work out, then you can wash your face in the shower afterward. That way, you're only washing your face twice a day--once before your morning regimen (after working out), and once before your evening regimen (before bed).

I workout out on the regimen also and I would say the best thing to do is just go to the gym after waking up and having breakfast, then take a shower as soon as you get back. Workout actually helps pump out some of the crud from your face if your sweating hard enough, just make sure you take a shower fairly quickly after so the sweat and everything doesn't have a long time to settle. Washing your face 3 times a day might seem like a good idea, but it will actually cause more bad then good as your skin will get irritated and inflamed.
