Best way to "treat" a non-painful papule?

You can normally tell if a deep pimple is on its way "up" or "down" by the amount of pain associated with touching it or with facial movements. I have had a deep papule (at least I think it's a papule) since last Wednesday. It isn't painful, so I'm pretty certain it has peaked out. But it's fairly large (3-4 mm wide), and doesn't seem to be going down very quickly.

What's the best way to aid it?

- tea tree oil

- BP

- Sal Acid

- ice

- or just leave it alone?
