saturated fat intake

im just curious to what all of your estimated saturated fat intakes are.

Right now i cant eat shit because my wisdom teeth just got pulled out. But once im fully recovered im going back on my high fat, high protein, low carb diet for weight gain and health.

I try and keep my fats equal, 33% Saturated 33%Mono and 33% Poly and 1:1 for omega 6 and 3

Protein Consumption~~~~~~~~220g/Day Calories-880

Fat Consumption~~~~~~~~~~~220-250g/day Calories-2115

Carbohydrate Consumption~~~~100-150g/day Calories-500 Total calories = 3500 for Surplus

Obviously i work out, 3 day split program, Arms, Back&Chest and Legs

To anyone that thinks saturated fats are bad, do some research, Stearic Acid and palmitic acid, are the most common saturated fats especially in animal fat. Stearic acid converts to Oleic acid, a mono unsatured fat which lowers LDL and raises HDL.

I have about 50 grams a day, along with 65 grams of monounsaturated and 20 grams of polyunsaturated.
