No, I never lost eyelashes (or hair). It won't hurt to mention it to your doctor as there can be other reasons for eyelash loss.

yes i lost a lot of eye lashes... and a TINY amount of hair but it all stopped and grew back as soon as i stopped accutane. dont worry

I know this was years ago but I am hoping @blondiegirl can respond. Did your eyelashes grow back? I just finished my second month on accutane and in this past month I have gone from a very full lash line to scarce eyelashes and they continue to fall out. Should I continue with treatment? I'm worried that because my lashes are falling out that means my eyebrows and hair will fall out soon too.
