I have been using AHA products for almost a year now. I use a toner with 5% glycolic acid and 2% salicylic day and night, as well as a glycolic serum (12%) every night. I intend to use them long term because I have very oily skin and the toner has saved my skin from many breakouts, plus I need the serum to even out the skin texture on my t zone even when the scars are gone.

I was wondering if I could stay at those percentages, right now I don't exeperience any burn or anything for a long while now, but my skin condition is maintained, as in I don't get many breakouts like before.

So long as it's working well for you, I'd stick with it.

Your skin does become accustomed to hydroxy acids, and sometimes people need to switch things around a bit to keep getting good results. But if it ain't broke, don't fix it. :)
