Question for the guys and girls

Recommended Posts

I would like to know how the girls here feel about hairy men

I'm talking about body hair, facial hair, bushy eyebrows etc.

do you girls like hairy men or should a guy get rid of any excess hair?

if you had a hairy boyfriend would you make him loss the beard and body hair?

id also like to ask about unibrows, what do girls think of them?

my guess is they're not popular but should a guy get rid of it.

and whats the best way to get rid of any unwanted hair

is it best to shave, pluck or wax these areas?

are there any guys here that wax, shave or pluck?

Hey my boyfriend is pretty hairy lol but I really don't mind. I guess it mainly depends on the girl and also just how much hair we're talking about lol. I personally wouldn't ask my boyfriend to get rid of any excess hair but that's just me. (with the exception of unibrows, I think plucking some of the hair there is a good idea)

I would make him lose his beard though if it was too bushy. I don't mind stubble though, in fact I prefer stubble to a clean shave.

Sorry if I didn't help much =/

Yep get that unibrow taken care of.

It's all personal preference but I find body hair (some chest hair is nice). One of the things I find attractive about my bf :D

i like a guy with no facial hair for kissing reasons. for me, it's just easier to kiss without it, but there's no way in hell i would stop dating a guy i like just because he had facial hair. we can definitely work around that.

Yep get that unibrow taken care of.

Whats the best way to take care of it?

I was thinking about waxing it but the directions say

SUITABLE for the back, arms, legs, underarms.

NOT SUITABLE for the chest, head, face, eyes,

nose, ears or around the anus, genitals and nipples.

 should i just do it anyway.

plucking seems like a long and very boring thing to do

and i would rather just rip it off in a couple of hits.

I personally don't really like facial hair (thank god my boyfriend cant grow any!), and back hair. Hair anywhere else on a guy seems very normal.

If you can, safest bet is to get a pro to do it. You won't risk over waxing and having it look bad. I don't know about guys, but at least for girls eye brows are an art form and easy to screw up. The pros should know what they're doing. :D

He can't grow any facial hair :eh:

how old is he

I heard that Asian men don't grow hair on their chest, backs and legs

but that could just be a myth. can't say i have ever checked.

I can't do that.

I would feel like a girl going somewhere and asking them to do my eyebrows

I wasn't going to style them or anything

just tidy them up a little bit. if i wax wrong then il just take my brows off completely

and say some jackass done me over while i was sleeping

any idea what wax to use? some of the stuff says don't use on face or eyes.

Why don't you just get some tweezers and pluck the hairs in between your eyebrows? You should be able to find plenty of pictures online to give you a good idea of how far to go with it.

Its a myth. Asian men do have chest and legs hair. The chest probably a bit uncommon but asian men have very hairy legs!

I like guys with and without facial hair..I always like a bit of five o clock shadow or stubble,or even a light beard.

but unibrows are a huge no.

my boyfriends pretty hairy haha.

The only thing that must go for me is a uni brow...that won't fly haha

As far as facial hair, to me a little stubble is much better than clean shaven but idk that's just me

I don't like facial hair but don't mind body hair. Majority of guys I know look much better without it, full mustaches/beards are a total turn off, and stumble irritates my sensitive skin. My boyfriend has only been clean shaven twice since we've dated. The first time I couldn't take my eyes off on him. Second time I attacked him. Alas he thinks he looks too young without it. Thing is we both look young for our ages.

pornstache! hahaha.

I have a thing for full beards after watching Christian Bale in some of his movies..but up to the neck is a no too.

Unibrows are a definite no. Just pluck them. That's what I do... lol :shifty:

Facial hair less than an inch is okay. Some guys can really pull it off.

I don't really like hair backs or hairy chests...

But if you really like someone, it won't matter that much anyway.

For me I say pluck the unibrow; very easy to do.

Back/Chest hair can be a turn off exp. if it's really hairy.

Facial hair, well I prefer minimal but some guys do look best w/ facial hair, and too young without it. Also, stuble when kissing is not a nice feeling.

find a way to get rid of the unibrow... maybe your mom or sister could help you pluck it or something? chest and back hair is kindof a turnoff, especially backhair, & if there's a lot of it. go to a salon and get it waxed! facial hair can be okay...as long as it's not a full blown bushy beard...... but i like a little stubble on a guy.

Don't hate on the pornstache! lol

I don't mind body hair. I mean, as long as it's not REALLY hairy. As other posters have said, it's all about personal preference. Just accept someone for who they are. These things are kind of superficial.

for some reason i'm really attracted to guys with beards/mustaches/sideburns.

i think it's sexy.

but definitely keep the eyebrows groomed...no need to get them waxed or anything, just keep them in control. no uni brow.

i had an ex boyfriend who would come and get his eyebrows waxed with me...i thought it was kind of creepy and awkward. lol.

and as far as other body hair...arms and legs are fine...a LIL chest hair is cute...that line that goes from the belly button down is always cute...but back hair is NOT cute...

i had a different ex who had the hairiest back ever...and it was disgusting...i hated it.

Generally, I like my guys to just look like they take care of themselves, but not like they're going overboard. Yeah, if a guy has a unibrow, I'd prefer if he took care of that, but there are some guys that go overboard in shaping their eyebrows, and it just ends up looking almost feminine, and that kind of weirds me out.

For example, you can see how much of this guy's eyebrows have been plucked, leaving him with kind of girly-looking eyebrows:
