primarily ice pick scarring, but its hard to see what is scarring and what are zits. The red marks suggests they are fresh, so now is the time to try and minimise scarring and reducered marks with various treatments. Once the skin tone returns to normal it will be much less noticeable

i think i can make out some rolling scars on your temples, this is typical of this area, I have them as well but to a more moderate degree

All the best dude.

I see mostly red marks. You do have some indented scarring in the temple area, possibly a few on the cheek area but it is difficult to tell due to the red marks obscuring the view, and no shadows showing if there is indented scarring.

There are lots of treatments for the boxcar type scars you have; check out dermarolling, needling, Retin A, fillers, etc threads to make your own decision.

Read the pinned threads in the red marks forum for suggestions on improving the red marks; those will fade with time but the process of fading can be assisted with some of the suggestions in those pinned threads.

Good luck! (You're handsome)

You need a picture with better lighting. Anyway I wouldn't be worry about indents, First find a treatment for your acne so you don't get anymore red marks (if you already have), give yourself some time to heal and the red marks to fade. This will take over a year (Im serious). Best of luck Deadliest Catch.
