I use Retin-A every night. For whatever reason (I use the cream not the micro) I don't need to moisturize at night as the Retin-A seems to moisturize my skin the first couple hours it is on. A couple days a week, in the morning, I will use my AHA (Walgreen's Natures Finest) but only in the morning. My doctor told me he would "prefer" I not use them at the same time (to me..that means not to) - and is is overkill. I don't know what anyone else here has been instructed to do when using both. You might consider asking your prescribing physician (of the Retin-A) if AHA would benefit your regimen and when to use it.
