For the past week(?) or so my piss has been cloudy/muddy/murky. It has been either a 'clear' murky or the typical yellow with a murky or dirty undertone color to it.

It seemed to happen after I did a few enemas (god damn enemas) but I'm not sure if thats the problem. I also stopped taking my supplements recently.

Can any of you try and help me out figuring out what this is?

I hope it'll go away soon cause the last thing I need is to go to the doctor..

I don't think it really matters as long as I get the point across.

The majority of the people on this forum I'm sure are not scientists who are going to be picky about title selection. Does it matter if I call it piss or urine or pee or this or that? Honestly?

I'm not sure what is... You could be getting really dehydrated. Maybe lots of water and some cranberry juice might help to clear out your bladder and urinary tract. If nothing is helping, you should see a doctor.

Thnks, I figured it might have been dehydration (I've been doing a cleanse and having been drinking or eating much of anything until later today)

and I haven't been eating the best lately either...even though it hasn't been bad its been lots of fruits (like 80% of my diet has been fruits the past few days) and not much other nutrients so who knows.

It's a sign of a urinary tract infection but I've noticed it happens to me when I either don't drink enough water or eat undercooked chicken.

Clear 'white' piss = drinking enough water and stuff

Green cloudy piss = Haven't been drinking enough.

Just have some water, i doubt it's an infection to see a doctor about.

Lately I haven't been paying much attention to my chicken either, that could be it.

Usually I am very observant to make sure it's done 100% every little piece I eat but lately I've been cooking it in shorter times and eating without checking.

My piss is constantly cloudy.

I ruined my bladder when I was little. I didn't want to get up from my video games to go pee pee.

Interesting, it definitely could be the cause. I know for sure it's one cause for me; especially if I roast a whole chicken, a couple time's I've cut out a piece only to come back after dinner to put the leftovers away to find that the juices aren't running clear.

One surefire way I've found to get rid of the cloudiness is drink a fair bit of water, but water with fresh lemon juice seems more potent for me -water with ACV too. You should wait a bit though after you've finished eating to make sure you don't dilute your stomach acid and make it easier for the bacteria to survive.

Drink plenty of water. You can take cranberry capsules (available over the counter even in most grocery stores) to acidify the urine and help prevent bacterial growth. Urine is normally sterile and should be CLEAR without shreds, without cloudiness of any sort (ever).

If you don't want to buy cranberry capsules you can drink cranberry juice; don't buy the 'cocktail' kind as that has added sugar. A from-concentrate is fine as long as it is pure juice.

If the cloudiness does not clear up within a week or two with the above; you might need an MD visit. Cloudy urine can signify protein spilling in the urine, bacteria, or mucous shreds. And other things as well.

Sometimes a UTI can be cleared by drinking extra fluids and by acidifying the urine. If you begin to notice burning or pain on urination or develop pains in your abdomen or see visible blood in the urine, it is time to visit a doc.
