Omega-3

If you consume too much, more than 3 grams/day, here are the risks:

* Increased bleeding.

* The possibility of hemorrhagic stroke.

* Increased levels of low-density lipoproteins (LDL or bad) cholesterol or apoproteins associated with LDL cholesterol among diabetics and hyperlipidemics.

* Reduced glycemic control among diabetics.

* Suppression of immune and inflammation responses leading to increased susceptibility to opportunistic bacteria.

Just don't take too many pills. The body itself is unable to produce Omega 3.

I've been taking 4 to 5 grams per day. Once when I had a really bad pimple it started to bleed. The bleeding wouldn't stop at all...
