Can oily skin cause inflamed acne?

Recommended Posts

did u ever try sulfacet R/klaron like u said?

No, I don't have health insurance at the moment and it's much too expensive to buy online. I'm trialing a combination of retinols, Clindamycin, and BCP until I get my health insurance back.

If you have really oily skin, you might consider getting a prescription for Spironolactone from a dermatologist. I did this and it made a world of a difference for my skin. I take Spiro with birth control and my oily skin is 90% gone. I touch up once a day. I use to get oily within an hour or two and my make up never stayed up. My breakouts pretty much stopped once the oil was under control. So my answer to your question is yes, oily skin does cause inflamed acne and all in between.

Good luck!
