Face just rubbed all over floor

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I washed my face this morning with dan's cleanser, and store bought 2.5% bp, and dans moisturizer. I just repeated the process one hour ago. I was breakdancing for a bit and when you do, you're kinda on the floor alot so my face has been rubbing constantly on the carpet. only the right side of my face was in contact w ith it however.

Should i just repeat the process, rinse a bit with water, or just leave it? im about to go to sleep and i was wondering what i should do.

i started the regimen yesterdy and im planning on washing my face twice a day. could today be an exception since it was all over the carpet?

Don't wash/do The Regimen again. It would just be too much. Twice a day is plenty.

But keep in mind that if your face is rubbing on the floor, that could irritate your skin, which can lead to acne.

uuh..

what i find useful, and is able to control my acne, is doing the regimen only at NIGHT

morning:

wash with cetaphil cleanser

night:

cetaphil cleanser

panoxyl AQ 5% bp

aloe vera gel

also, if you really dont want to irritate your skin

only do toprocks and footwork

try not to do freezes , or at least the ones that requre ur face on the ground?

try doing forearm , elbow and handstand freezes XD

elbow//forearm//handstand//onehandstand pike and nikes would be nice to practice~
