My cleanser...Do I rub it in gently or scrub?

Because it is supposed to exfoliate and has beads like a scrub. It also has benzoyl perozide. Should I let it absorb by itself or what? Does exfoliate mean scrub???

If it has little beads in it, it's an exfoliant. Use it like you'd use any cleanser--wet your face, massage it gently over your skin, then rinse it off. The little beads will help slough off the dead skin.

Keep in mind that the rougher you are with your skin, the more you'll likely irritate it, and that irritation can lead to acne. Always be gentle with your skin.

Yeah you should never rub your skin especially if you are acne prone. Just wash your face like you would with any cleanser and be very very gentle. You dont want your face to become red and form a bunch of pimples
