Tried to order Terproline Professional

I emailed skinmed and told them that I wouldn't be having another appointment for a few months and I am running out of terproline professional and that I am in the U.S. for another few months. Skinmed emailed back and said that they do ship to the U.S. Then I told them I would like to get the 100ml and they said ok just give us your number and we will call for an order. And then I gave them my number and said I only have U.S. currency as of now though if thats okay. Then Skinmed hasn't replied since. And that was on wednesday I said that last reply. Does that mean they are ignoring me? Or just taking a while?
