Uh, I've tried EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and now Jojoba Oil. I've recently tried exfoliating w/ BS, seems to work. However, I've also supplemented the aforementioned steps w/ a healthy diet, exercise, and some supplements. Since I've fairly certain diet has some effect on me, this should help prevent future acne, or at least reduce it.

The EVOO results had little to some effect. And as for Jojoba Oil, it's only been nearly two weeks, so I'm going to give it a little bit more time.

ACV/Baking soda/Egg white mask works best for me.

And when I'm feeling lazy I'll just cheat and only use the ACV, but don't tell! ;)

Best of luck to you.

My cleanser has AHA and SA in it. I find it also helps. Once a day I gently use my shisheido exfoliating brush.

How long have you been using Aczone?

Almost 3 weeks. I am still breaking out a little.

So I have been using EVOO and doing ACV and I realized I was using the wrong kind of ACV (without the mother) so I switched to Braggs, maybe this will make a difference.

I also did turmeric , aspirin, and honey mask and my skin looked good the next day. My redmarks seem to be slowly fading. I have to be careful with the sun!!

If any of you think I should try a product please let me know =]

i had N-lite laser treatment to get rid of acne. it also worked great on my scars! better than on the spots as the acne came back few months later!granted on a diff place on my face! :wall:

Im now using Retin A fel which has cleared my skin really well and my derm told me it would fade the red scars which it is doing!

i also use lemon on my face and asprin masks every so often!

they are all working slowly. im hoping they will keep fading!

im really interested in trying AVC as well.

I've done 4 lactic acid peels and so far it has been helping a lot.

I tried EVOO and it broke me out really bad. I know people say it is non-comedogenic but I tried it several times and each time I broke out very badly.

Im loving aczone! I do a lot of exfoliating and its really helping my skin. Im not getting as many new pimples! You know what has helped my pimples a lot also, one tablespoon of sea salt, mixed with three table spoons of water on a cotton square and then of course I wash it off. In fact, Im gonna add that to my signature

I use jamieson vitamin E oil mainly because its 100% natural ...I don't trust other brand (the peeling ones...) because some ingredients seem a little harsh for my skin. 2 marks faded completely in a month or 2 and you can't see it even if you look super close. :). Oh and drink a lot of water cuz I find it helps to reduce red marks. It took longer to fade though cuz that was before I found out about the vitamin E oil.

Retin-A! I don´t have acne anymore (thanks to my great birth control pill Diane mite), and the chemical peels only did so much for my red marks. With Retin-A (which I tolerate surprisingly well!!!) I can see improvement almost from day to day. Slow, but steady.
