So i have white flour pita and whole wheat flour pita..

i need to choose like now which one to eat. :think:

and please dont say neither :angel:

Whole wheat means it's not from refined grains and stripped of its outer shell (which contains most of the fiber and lots of nutrients). So that's the healthy options.

Well, theoretically. If you haven't discovered until now, most packets lie about what they have (they add a teeeny tiny ingredient list where it says it only has 5% whole wheat mixed with regular and a HUUUGE title that says whole wheat).

Mind you, whole wheat may not be good for certain types of food (like cookies) as it behaves differently while baking.
