I'm reading lots of contradictory info on the benefits of chromium for skin health. While it is included in some anti-acne regimen such as Perricone's and others, I also found that some people say it made their exzema worse. Generally it is used to normalize sugar levels ans lose weight, nothing to do with skin. However I have a copy on a regimen (can't remeber where I got it though) where it is ranked as the most impotant supplement for acne skin - followed by fish oil and zinc.

I am subject to occasional exzema and rashes so I'm wondering if I should really use that bottle I just bought.

Anybody got reliable info / personal experience on this ?
