Sorry if this question has been asked a lot but I'm reading a lot of different things about the recommended dosage.

I would classify my adult acne as very mild.

I do not eat a lot of vegetables so I'm thinking about taking some Vitamin A supplements.

Is 25,000 IU too much?

Yes, that's too much. Look at the RDA.
