Fraxel Laser does it work?

Hi, i have a appointment with a dermo this week and im going to get a consultation about fraxel laser. Other then the info from dermo i wanted to hear from ppl who have done this and got good results. I have ice pick scars and want to hopefully make them less noticable. Do treatments of fraxel actually help for those kinda scars? And also does one treatment even show a difference? If you could message me to let me know that would be great. Thanks
