Now:

I think it looks a lot better then the 1st pic, but still pretty bad.

What do you think?

How long do you think it's gunna take to get me completely clear?

Do you think I'll be clear by the 13th of June?

you say u've tried everything? but i do not see retin-a on ur list or any treinoin? maybe u could give that a try? speak to ur doc and see what they say

If the head & shoulders is working for her, why would she switch to a prescription med that might not work?

After seeing your results, I think I'm gonna try the Head & shoulder regimen on my back too! :D

Week 1: http://www.acne.org/messageboard/post-a18149-.html

Week 2: http://s635.photobucket.com/albums/uu80/ro...nt=DSCN3973.jpg

Week 3: http://s635.photobucket.com/albums/uu80/ro...nt=DSCN4207.jpg

I've been using Head and Shoulders Classic Clean on my back

What I do:

Wash my hair with Head and Shoulders (so no other shampoo can clog my pores or anything)

Rinse

Tie up hair

Rub head and shoulders all over my back, chest, arms and leave it on while I wash the rest of me, and shave

then put a little bit of H&S on a loofa and loofa in for a good three minutes

then rinse with cold water

then put some more head and shoulders on *this is the key*

don't rinse it just let it dry in

Looks awesome! Great job keeping it up!

I am on day 5 of my H&S regimen. I don't leave any on to dry though and it still seems to be working for me just by washing with it, leaving it on for about 5+ minutes, and then rinsing it off. I do follow up with ACV which I do leave on overnight. I have a lot of scars and it seems like the ACV is helping lighten them, while the H&S keeps me clear.

Thanks for posting your pictures - it's a great inspiration for me :)

I've been using the Head and Shoulders regime and it works really really well, but I still have some acne on my shoulders and my chest, how can I get rid of it by June 13th...

I will admit, I do pick, I can't help it, would it look better if I tried my hardest to stop?

What I do:

Wash my hair with H&S so no other shampoo can clog my pores

Tie my hair up

rub H&S on my back and let it sit while I wash my body, shave...etc.

Rinse off with cold water

sometimes I put some more on and let it dry in

and in the morning I always use maximum strength Oxy pads to help with it

I agree with pink and yes! you must try your best to stop picking! When I quit picking at my shoulders (trust me dropping the habit was hard) I no longer have red marks and my skin tone looks a bit more even.

body acne will need to be treated differently than acne on the face and neck.try these tips

* Wear natural fibers, or fabrics specifically engineered to wick moisture away from the skin. This is especially important if you're working out.

* Stop carrying a backpack until the acne clears. Carry a bag with your hands instead.

* Shower as soon as possible after perspiring

* Wash the affected areas with a cleanser designed for acne prone skin.

* After allowing the skin to dry, apply a product containing benzoyl peroxide to the affected areas. Remember that benzoyl peroxide will bleach fabric ' if you plan on getting dressed before it dries, wear white.

* If you often suffer from dry skin, moisturize, using a non-comedongenic moisturizer. Excessively dry skin can lead to breakouts.

Do you see anything?

Also, how can I get rid of those stretch marks?

I heard tremendous things about Bio-Oil! I've been using it for some days and I'm really positive it will make fade mine away. My friend had on her breasts and it really faded them away. And it doesnt clog pores so yey!

Good luck :ninja:

what type of H&S do i buy? and how do i use it? do i just put it on my back, rub the acne area gently, then wash it off? or use the H&S to wash my hair like what u do with shampoo? and while washing ur hair with H&S, i rinse my head and let the reminiscence of the H&S slither down my whole body and while its slithering down my bodys its cleaning at the same time?
