I have heard that chelated zinc is meant to be the best for acne etc but from my local supermarket, i have found these 15mg zinc citrate tablets. Therefore i take 4 a day to get to 60mg.

Just wondering will this still have a beneficial effect? and does this help in reducing oil (and how fast?). I also take a multivit, vitamin c and a b-complex that might hopefully aid its effects.

I have now just been taking this for 2 days so not expecting much yet, but just want to know what you think. Also what other vitamins etc would you belive would benefit the use of zinc?

Any feedback would be very helpful.

I think this has been mentioned in the other zinc threads, but you're supposed to supplement with copper if you're going over 50g of zinc per day. I believe because high doses of zinc interfere with copper absorption. A couple of zinc brands, like the one I take, come with additional copper.
