myresults_xnow 0 Posted March 28, 2009 from what i understand they all are the same thing. just the company that made accutane origianlly lost their copyright and other companies then mimicked the product. everyone seems to have the same result. i'm taking sotret, and it's doing just great. and it's $540 a month less.
