I want to try the zinc thing out to get the inflamation down from acne. I picked up a supplement. Did I get the wrong one? This one was on sale. Per serving (3 pills), it has 150% Vitamin D, 100% Calcium, 100% Magnesium, and 167% Zinc (25 mg). Should I have just gone with a straight Zinc supplement? Should I return these, or will these do the job?

what forms are those minerals in? actually, do you have a link to the supplement you purchased?

I seriously doubt that will have any effect, how may do you intend to take a day? Go visit one of the many zinc threads in Adult Acne section for more insight.
