etfoo2009 0 Share Posted March 10, 2009 ive been working out at the gym recently and my acnes gotten quite a bit worse. it seems to have worsened in the corners of my forehead. everywehre else seems to be alright. i use a towel to wipe off the sweat as i go i think it helps but not sure. i also go swimming after cause i think the chlorine helps with the acne. and then i take a quick shower but dont wash my face. im doing pretty much all i can do but it still seems to get worse. any suggestions? thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
MiBFTo 1 Share Posted March 10, 2009 Do you use any product in your hair? Perhaps it's not the sweat, per se, it's the mix of sweat and a hair product that's causing your problem. Perhaps you should rinse off before you start your workout. Most places ask that you rinse off before you get in the pool, but if you rinse once before you work out at all and then again before you get in the pool, even if you're not washing completely, that'd probably be an improvement. I dont know whats good in the US cuz ive never lived there but mos of the drink sold in the US looks very unhealthy and fattening. no wonder 2 in every 3 ppl are fucking fat in america.
