Help me out

your picture is quite blurry, but i see some deep and shallow ones, but not a lot though.

BIOSKINCARE CLAIM THEY THEIR STUFF CAN TREAT YOUR TYPE OF SCARRING. I HAVE ICE PICK SCARS SO I ORDERED THE STUFF. I DONT KNOW IF IM BEING RIPPED OFF OR NOT BUT I WILL UPDATE YOU WHEN I START USING IT. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT YET HOPEFULLY THIS WEEK. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 1-3 MONTHS TO WORK. IM GOING TO GET BACK TO YOU AFTER THE FIRST MONTH TO LET YOU KNOW IF IT IS EFFECTIVE!

ALSO ZENMED CLAIM THE SAME!

OH IVE ALSO HEARD HA SUPPLEMENTS CAN HELP YOUR TYPE OF SCARRING. RESARCH FIRST THOUGH!

I think the best at-home course of action when dealing with depressed scars is dermarolling or needling. I'm no expert but I think when creams and other topicals claim they reduce scarring I think they are referring to the "appearance" of scars. That is, it makes them smoother and less noticeable as opposed to actually lifting them. When you needle/dermaroll it helps build up collagen under the skin actually raising the depressed area. I'm unfamiliar with Bioskincare so I'm not quite sure at it's effectiveness but I do wish you the best of luck with it, and keep us updated on your progress.

As others have mentioned, your picture is very blurry and hard to make out. It could be why you aren't getting the response you desire. Just a thought. Anyways, From what i can see, it looks like a filler would be your best bet.
