Do you scrub in the shower?

Recommended Posts

Guys am wondering if any of use scrub you're face in the shower using soap or any cleanser to get rid of the dead skins. I started using lactic peel, am not sure if i should scrub all the dead skin that the latic peel made. I dont want to scrub any skin off that isnt ready to come off but ill feel dirty and am pretty sure my face gonna be flaky or dry if i dont scrub em off in the shower.

Any suggestion is appriciated.

When I kept tazorac on all night I used to peel a lot in the shower. I think this was much better than the alternative (walking around with dry, dead skin all day).

Really? I always thought scrubing your face would do more harm than good? Well, have you tried an exfoliator or weekly mask, that's supose to get dead skin off...<3

Kayli, a weekly exfoliating mask will not help with tazorac peeling... wink.gif

The skin would come off in the shower of its own accord. I would simply rub my face, and the dead skin will pill up and wash away.
